Coaxial Protection - Hybrid
CNP Series

Hybrid Design
DC Block
125– 1000MHz |
Citel’s CNP Series is a hybrid surge arrestor designed for use in low frequency RF applications from 125 to 1000MHz. The protection circuit utilizes gas discharge tubes (GDT), inductors, capacitors and metal oxide varistor (MOV). This CNP is best deployed in low frequency applications that require a very low residual voltage. The CNP is conveniently installed in series with the line and can be surface mounted via the flange, bulkhead or grounding screw.
Available with the most commonly used connectors including BNC, F, N, SMA, TNC, and 7/16 Din connectors or it can be custom made for your application with any combination of connector and gender types to eliminate the need for any adapters. The CNP is available in DC block versions and can be provided in 70 and 500 watt versions for any 50 or 75 ohm network.

CXF Series
Hybrid Design
DC Pass
0– 500MHz |
Citel’s CXF Series is a hybrid surge arrestor designed for use in low frequency RF applications from 0 to 500MHz. The protection circuit utilizes gas discharge tubes (GDT) and metal oxide varistors (MOV). The CXF60 is best deployed in low frequency applications that require a very low residual voltage and brute force surge handling capability up to 20kA 8/20us.
The CXF60 is conveniently installed in series with the line and can be grounded via the flange, bulkhead or grounding screw.
Available with N connectors in either male to female (MF) or female to female (FF) genders.
